HR Fact Friday: Healthcare Shared Costs and Flexible Work Arrangements

15% of employers surveyed currently pay the majority or an equal portion of health care costs but indicated they believe that in the next three to five years their employers will be paying the majority of health care costs.

53% of organizations provide at least some of their employees with the option of flexible work arrangements, including full- or part-time telecommuting, flexible scheduling and compressed workweeks.


34% of those organizations reported that a majority of their employees are allowed to take advantage of these benefits.
